It keeps you active
1.)Brush your teeth every night before you go to bed. R u
wondering y I am tlking about this....lemme tll u…
Every day after dinner your mouth should be fresh as u will
b far from teeth disorders and bad breathe, apart from this there is something called SALIVA
generated every night when we sleep until mrng we get up. If you notice we do not
swallow saliva when we sleep.
This saliva is very effective for many internal organs, so
once you wake up early mrng even before you brush have 2 glass of lukewarm
water. After this complete your daily mrng activities.
2.)Warm water with half lime and 1 spoon honey (or cinnamon
powder, this is very gud for those who have PCOS) warm water honey try to cut
down the fat in your body and lime tries to removes any toxins from your body.
3.)After this have your bf, just 2 idlis or 1 dosa or wht evr
of your wish BUT do not add chutney to it instead add sambar, if u prepare @
home make sure u add loads and loads of veggies here..
4.)Ladies out there do you know calcium is very important to u,
ohh I hear some saying I am having small glass milk and it will tk care of
calcium :O tht is nt the way we calculate a women who is avg of 30 yrs should
always have @ least 200 ml of milk ( Skimmed milk is fyn).
So add a 100 ml of milk @ 11 or so do not go for protein
shakes, though those reduce ur weight instantly in long run this is not
preferred. I knw mny ppl lost weight and stayed there after havng protein shakes,
but it could be 20 or 30% nt 80.
Anything we do to lose weight, do it naturally please do not go for alternates.
Who said sweating is making our body struggle? Sweating actually
means happy tears from your body where it is saying I am happy and healthy.
5.)Have ur lunch @ correct time daily after lunch gv gap of 3
hrs or so and snack a fruit. Seasonal fruit forget abt calories here, because
fruit has many benefits other than calories.
6.)Have your dinner before 8 DOT
7.)While going to bed... Do you remember another 100 ml milk is
left out? Have it and then brush your teeth,thrash on bed an average body needs 6 hours of
complete sleep 8 is also fine.
+ nuts daily to your regime in betwn, one can have nuts full to there palm(Make a cup in ur palm and add nuts). Nuts have loads of proteins and other benefits in them.
+salads some days.... vegetables rock…. Eat raw, steam them or boil them… hey after boiling veggies wht r u doing with the boiled water?? You know this can b used as soup? A healthy soup.
+green leaves and dals no compromise.
+chicken breast, Solomon fish a gud stuff for lunch time.
EAT BF LIKE A KING, LUNCH LIKE NORMAL MAN AND DINNER LIKE A BEGGAR,
The less dinner the more healthy!!
Oops hw cn I forget this….. add 1 to 2 green tea servings……

And water 3 to 4 liters..... :)

Don'ts
- But do not have lime honey and green tea @ the same time let their b gap of 4 to 5 hrs
- Never have soaked almonds with lime and honey have them later.
There are many things which we know but still we are either negligent or lazy to use them, tough time gals go back to olden days and live there.... the more healthy u r , the more you can take care of your family :D
