Double Chin

Reduce Double Chin

All Beautiful Gals who does not like double chin like me!!
Here are some tips for reducing it....

I am an example, i had very bad double chin.... after following below routine now i do not have this double chin anymore :)

i am happy to share these with you all...

Earlier my face was like pumpkin so it is obvious i had my chin lagged down. have researched so much to get rid of this.

Very simple things will resolve this issue.

1.) Chin Exercises:-

a.) Just lift your head towards sky and count 10 and down. 5 counts
b.) Lift head and make a pout count 10 and come down. 5 counts
c.) Make sure you use face packs which helps in tightening. like egg white mask, gram flour pack.
