Wednesday is here... we are in between the week...
I was going through a conversation with my friend were she was saying "i used to workout earlier, but now i lost motivation"I have heard this word from many, i wanted to actually take some points out here.
1.) Motivation, a big word to talk but it is all about you, actually accepting it.
2.) Why cant you be motivated, because you don't like that work completely. it can be workout, diet or anything else
3.) Food tempts and body always needs rest, rather sweating out.
